One of the key advocacy issues of Cox’s Bazar CSOs and NGOs forum is the Localization of Humanitarian Aid. This research titled More Than The Money – Localisation In Practice was conducted by Trócaire and Groupe URD in two contexts – Myanmar and the Democratic Republic of Congo – and included extensive consultation locally and internationally. Hope, this will help to direct the conversation towards practical and operational considerations and secure concrete shifts in how humanitarian action can be more inclusive and aware of the intractable connectedness of humanitarian and development action.
